1. Please describe yourself in a few sentences.

I am outgoing, reliable and responsible. I have completed my Bachelors of Honours in English and currently am on a consecutive 2-years teaching program at York University. I have privately tutored and recently want to join a company for more experience in the tutoring spectrum. I enjoy helping students learn and progress to the best of their abilities. 

2. What is your tutoring approach? Give us your history working with students

My approach with tutoring varies on the student. For instance, some students I worked with better understood through visuals where others would need more verbal prompting. By recognizing the student's weakness and recording in my personal notes what works best and what does not I was able to figure out the best learning strategy. 

3. How long have you been a tutor for? What do you most enjoy about it?

I have privately tutored for two years and just recently was a part of a speical needs program which included an academics portion alongside learning life skills. This has helped me recognize and not undetermine the strength's one has but to be patient enough and teach to the best of my abilities to how a student can progress.
