1. Please describe yourself in a few sentences.

I am a self-motivated civil engineer graduate from Concordia University and am passionate about engineering and construction. My goal is to pass the skills I've learnt over the years such as research, problem solving and communication to name a few. I am originally from Montreal, Quebec and completed my high school in French. For my CEGEP studies, I completed Social Science with a focus in Law, Society and Justice from Dawson College.

During my academic years, I worked part time at Banana Republic and tutored my classmates as well as my juniors in Math, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering classes.

At the present, I am living in North York, Ontario and work full time as a construction coordinator for a real estate development company. When I am not working, I like to read and educate myself or travel around the world and experience life around the globe.

2. What is your tutoring approach? Give us your history working with students

My tutoring approach is ensuring that my students learn and understand the material at its core. I believe that the key to teaching is using perspective, metaphors and examples to help individuals understand complex materials in a simple manner. This approach includes the use of graphs and charts to help visualize the material.

3. How long have you been a tutor for? What do you most enjoy about it?

I have been a tutor for almost 1.5 years during college and early university. The part that I enjoy the most is the moment I see my students succeed and excel in their academics.
